Story of our Vegetables

Experience Vegetables from a World Class Warehouse

Our vegetables sourced directly from farmers are stored in the warehouse. Our warehouse maintains the appropriate temperature and humidity for increasing shelf life of agriculture produce.

The warehouse is constructed with a special plastering material called "Shikkui" . Shikkui is a lime plaster primarily made out of hydrated lime and calcium carbonate. It controls unnecessary humidity and avoids protecting mold. It is fire resistant and maintains anti-fungal environment inside the warehouse.

One of the key features of Shikkui is that it maintains an alkaline environment.

Appropriate alkalinity is very good for our health.

The vegetables are untouched by hands at our warehouse and we have given special attention to material handling and hygiene at every stage. We believe that our customer's health is our business. We want to encourage consumption of fresh vegetables and fruits in India.

Just a quote from the famous book IKIGAI - "Eating Vegetables - it helps you live longer."

We wrap our vegetables with banana leaf. We want to encourage eco- friendly practices and banana leaf packaging fits the bill. In addition, banana leaves contain large amounts of polyphenols that are natural antioxidants and good for health.

We encourage our customers to buy vegetables in packets. By doing so we are able to increase the income of farmers by 20%. We pay our farmers a premium to existing market prices to provide us good quality vegetables. We store and neatly pack them and sell it to customers in Modern retail outlets.
